		<description>Solar powered batteries for cell phones great idea. Here's another solar powered project getting off the ground today. Pocono International Raceway has built the largest privately funded solar powered plant between turns 2 and 3 of their racetrack. 
These solar panels will provide enough power for the racetrack and the surrounding community.
We need more green projects like this and solar powered batteries for our future.
